During Counselling
If you are currently a client of Human Counselling and feel at risk between sessions, please use the support services above.
Human Counselling does not offer crisis or emergency support outside of scheduled sessions. This is discussed as part of the counselling agreement.
Talking About Crisis Support
If thoughts of self harm or suicide are part of what brings you to counselling, these can be talked about within sessions. Support planning and safeguarding will be discussed collaboratively and with care.
